Stopped by for the first time today and the food is amazing!! Everything we ordered was perfect. My husband found his new favorite place to get a philly cheese steak. We definitely will be back!!

First trip, take out. At first glance the omelet looked small, but I realized it was folded in half. I opened it up to lay flat and it was actually quite large. Good portion of grits. The pancakes are good and huge. We don't like cinnamon butter so can't tell you if it was good or not. We will go back.

Great breakfast for PSL. Our server was Nancy. She was great. I live in PSL but hardly eat here. Only place I visit is Tavola pizza in PSL. My fav!!! But place was clean and omelette was good. For PSL...it was very good. I'm from Boca and have certain standards so I have to give 5 stars for PSL.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Our server Marion was adorable, efficient, and all around wonderful. Kitchen staff was also equally wonderful. Kids loved the pancakes. Omelet was delightful. Definitely worth coming back to try lunch next time! I heard the Philly is delicious and can't wait to try it. A great find!

The French Dip sandwich is to die for slow roasted thin sliced in house served with a savory Au jus sauce is by far the best I've had ever I would definitely be returning on my next trip to Port st. Lucie

This place is a gem. Great food, great wait staff and great atmosphere. We have eaten here many times and never have been disappointed. Breakfast and lunch only but they really serve a great breakfast and lunch.

Great little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Went here for the first time today for breakfast. My husband and I both ordered the eggs over corned beef hash. We both said it was delicious. The home fries had this amazing seasoning and the corned beef hash was crispy just as we ordered. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is because I ordered my eggs over medium but they were slightly over cooked. Other than that, great place and we would definitely go back!!!!

Been to Frank's a bunch of times. Love the biscuits with sausage and gravy for breakfast, then the Italian combo with fries for lunch. Everything I've gotten has been wonderful. Service is as good as the food.
